Balsam Fir

Balsam Fir The Balsam Fir has been a favorite Christmas tree for many generations. It has a deep green color, a pleasant scent, and holds its needles well. The needles are short, about 1" to 1 1/2". The branches are stiff and support decorations well. These characteristics are what has made the Balsam Fir a favorite choice for use as a Christmas tree for all these years.

This tree is native to Wisconsin and is closely related to the Fraser fir.

We have a very limited selection of Balsam Fir for the 2008 season from 4' to 7' tall.
